    • There are several source code search engines that you can use to obtain publicly available programs, including Google Code Search, Koders, and Krugle for developers.
    • User Management Package-- Perl scripts providing Web-based userid and password management for Apache sites and more.
    • Mayura Draw (Windows) --A windows-based vector drawing program that supports exporting to Scalable Vector Graphics format for the Web.
    • Jasc WebDraw (Windows) --Jasc Software's vector graphics and animation authoring tool based on the Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) specification.
    • Adobe Illustrator (Windows/Mac) --The industry standard for design and illustration professionals. Version 9 will export SVG directly.
    • Sodipodi (free for Windows/Unix) /sodipodi/sodipodi-0.32.tar.gz --This vector based drawing program is distributed under the terms of the Gnu General Public License, and uses W3C SVG as its native file format.
    • SVG Factory (Windows) --The SVG Factory is a free utility that allows almost any Windows drawing or graphics program to export SVG and SVGZ files. It can also be used as a metafile (WMF) to SVG converter.
